The Office of the Statistician General, in partnership with Gwagware Foundation (Gidan Amana), has announced the Katsina Data Analysis Empowerment Boot Camp 2025. The program targets 500 final-year students from all tertiary institutions across Katsina State, aiming to equip them with vital skills for the modern job market.
According to the organisers, the boot camp is designed to “empower young talents with critical data skills and career insights, enhancing their competitiveness in today’s job market.” Participants will benefit from training sessions and access to professional tools.
Boot Camp Highlights:
i. Hands-on Data Analysis Training
ii. Free Installation of Professional Data Tools: (E.g SPSS, STATA, EVIEWS, Power BI, Python, RStudio)
iii. CV Writing & Career Guidance Workshops
iv. Scholarship and Graduate Studies Advisory
The programme is open exclusively to 500 final-year students in Katsina State tertiary institutions. Applications close on August 22, 2025.
