Women Techsters Bootcamp 4.1 Applications for Free 3-Week Training

Registration has begun for the Women Techsters Bootcamp Cohort 4.1, a free three-week program designed to train women and girls in vital technology skills. The organizers explained that the initiative is focused on giving participants the chance to gain practical experience that can help them start careers in tech or improve their knowledge of emerging digital fields.

In a statement, the team behind the bootcamp said, “Our mission is to ensure that women across Africa have access to relevant tech skills that prepare them for global opportunities.”

This cohort features six specific learning tracks for participants:
i. Product Management
ii. Product Design
iii. Data Analysis
iv. Cybersecurity
v. Software Development
vi. Technical Project Management

The program is open to females between the ages of 16 and 40 from the following countries: Ghana, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, DR Congo, South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Algeria, South Sudan, Morocco, Angola, Mozambique, Madagascar, Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Liberia, Gambia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Burundi, Cameroon, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia, Seychelles, and Somalia.

Applications opened on September 15, 2025, and will close on September 28, 2025. Interested individuals must apply through the form in this Link and complete a basic digital literacy test included as part of the application.
